Barmer (Rajasthan), June 07 (ANI): Swarms of locusts seen in several villages of Barmer district on June 06. Locals clanged utensils to scare them away. The locusts attack is another blow to farmers already reeling under the impact of COVID-19 lockdown. Farmers said, “We are facing losses like this. Govt should provide us some help. We had started sowing seeds when it rained but now locusts are here.”
