Locals carry patient on makeshift plank due to unavailability of road in Pithoragarh

Munsyari (Uttarakhand), Jul 21(ANI): People in Pithoragarh’s Munsyari on July 20 carried a patient to the hospital on a makeshift plank. This situation arose due to unavailability of road in the town. People risked their lives while carrying the patient. Crossing multiple brooks, with the makeshift, on the route added to their plight.
