Lalbaugcha Raja Ganpati Mandal organises blood, plasma donation camp

Mumbai (Maharashtra), Aug 22 (ANI): Lalbaugcha Raja Ganpati Mandal has organised blood and plasma donation camp in Maharashtra’s Mumbai while celebrating its ‘Arogya Utsav’ on the auspicious occasion of Ganesh Chaturthi on August 22. ‘Arogya Utsav’ will be celebrated till August 31 from 10:00 am-04:00 pm. Thermometer gun was installed for checking body temperature of everyone. Oximeter will also checking pulse rate and oxygen level visitors. For the first time in last 87 years, Lalbaugcha Raja Ganpati Mandal has not organised Ganesha Chaturthi festival on large scale due to coronavirus pandemic. Speaking to ANI, the president of Ganpati Mandal, Balasahaeb Kambale said, “Due to COVID-19, we are conducting this camp instead of a Ganesh pandal.”
