Srinagar (J&K), Nov 25 (ANI): Kashmir’s rich history of ethnic cuisine dates back to several centuries. With changing times, younger generations drifted from hyper local delicacies. The Jammu and Kashmir government restarted ethnic restaurants to revive traditional food culture in Kashmir. The restaurant was opened by Jammu and Kashmir Tourism Development Department (JKTDD) for foodies. With delicious cuisine, restaurant offers stalls of handicraft, to promote local culture. Ambience of restaurant gives true Kashmiri vibes with local art, cuisine.
