New Delhi, Jan 18 (ANI): Delhi Congress president Anil Chaudhary on January 18 said that party leader Kapil Sibal couldn’t make his image as a mass leader. “Kapil Sibal has continuously been raising questions on Congress and its leadership. If some people would keep raising questions to fulfill personal agenda, it would weaken the party, not strengthen it. Kapil Sibal is no doubt, a good lawyer but he couldn’t make his image as a mass leader,” said Anil Chaudhary.
