Kanpur (UP), Dec 24 (ANI): As temperature continues to fall in northern India, special arrangements have been made for animals at Kanpur’s Zoological Park. Polythene sheets and wooden planks have been placed inside animal cages. In order to provide adequate warmth, heaters have been set up at a safe distance. Kanpur Zoological Park’s in-charge Sunil Chowdhary said, “Mobility of animals reduces in zoo, and therefore it is obvious that they feel colder. We have taken all kinds of measures at the zoo to protect them from these cold waves.”
