Kanpur encounter: Judicial Commission team starts investigation

Kanpur (Uttar Pradesh), Aug 29 (ANI): The team of the 3-member judicial commission reached Kanpur to investigate the Bikeru scandal and development in Vikas Dubey encounter case on August 28. The team was formed by the Supreme Court. The team went to the places related to the case including the encounter spot, where Vikas Dubey tried to run away after the vehicle overturned and was killed by the UP STF. It is to remember that on the night of July 02, a police team, that reached Vikas Dubey's house in Bikaru village, was ambushed by miscreants. In which eight policemen were killed.
