Srinagar (J-K), Jan 21 (ANI): As the COVID-19 pandemic lockdown halted everything, Jammu and Kashmir Prisons Department had also stopped 'E-Mulaqat' service for inmates and families. Now with following all COVID-19 SOPs, the department has resumed the service. It was started last year for jail inmates to provide them an easy way to talk and meet their families.
