New Delhi, Aug 22 (ANI): An Islamic State (ISIS) operative was arrested with Improvised Explosive Devices (IEDs) by Delhi Police Special Cell after an exchange of fire at Dhaula Kuan on August 22. He has been brought to Special Cell Office in Lodhi Colony. "One ISIS operative arrested with Improvised Explosive Devices (IEDs) by our Special Cell after an exchange of fire at Dhaula Kuan," said Delhi Deputy Commissioner of Police (DCP) of Delhi Police Special Cell, Pramod Singh Kushwaha. National Security Guard (NSG) commandos have been deployed near Buddha Jayanti Park in Ridge Road area, after the incident.
