New Delhi, Jan 18 (ANI): Loss of 3% of GDP in Country’s economy due to road accident, informed Defense Minister Rajnath Singh during his speech at the inaugural function of National Road Safety month which started on January 18. “As many road accidents are happening in our country, there is a loss of 3% of GDP in the country's economy. More than 1.5 lakh people have lost their lives due to the corona epidemic, but even today more people are losing their lives due to road accidents. This is not a normal challenge for us,” said Defense Minister Rajnath Singh.
