India’s COVID-19 tally at 98.84 lakh after over 27,000 new cases reported

New Delhi, Dec 14 (ANI): India’s COVID-19 case tally rose to 98,84,100 on December 14 after reporting 27,071 new infections over the last 24 hours. 336 fatalities linked with the novel coronavirus was recorded in the same period. The death toll has reached 1,43,355. Active cases have been reduced to 3,52,586 after 30,695 people recovered in last 24 hours. Country’s recovery rate is continuously increasing as total discharges reached 93,88,159. A total of 15,45,66,990 samples tested for COVID-19 up to 13th December. Of these, 8,55,157 samples were tested on December 13.
