India’s COVID-19 recoveries cross over 94 lakh

New Delhi, Dec 15 (ANI): As per the data released by Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, India on December 15 reported single-day spike of 22,065 new coronavirus cases in the last 24 hours. 354 deaths in the same period pushed the COVID-19 toll in the country to 1,43,709. India’s confirmed cases of coronavirus stand at 99,06,165 which include 3,39,820 active infections. More than 94,22,636 people have recovered from the virus with 34,477 new discharges in last 24 hours. According to Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR), a total of 9,93,665 samples were tested on December 14. Cumulative samples tested for COVID-19 till December 14 are 15,55,60,655.
