New Delhi, Sep 15 (ANI): Union Health Ministry Secretary, Rajesh Bhushan held a press conference in Delhi to brief the media over the current situation of COVID-19 in the nation. He said that the country's average positivity rate is 8.4%. “There are 14 states & UTs in India where the total number of active cases are less than 5000. There are 18 states & UTs where total active cases are between 5000-50,000,” he added.
