Kochi (Kerala), Dec 02 (ANI): Addressing the media in Kerala’s Kochi on December 02, Flag Officer Commanding-in-Chief of Southern Naval Command, Vice Admiral Anil Kumar Chawla said, “In response to what happened on northern borders, Indian Navy played important role in deterring People’s Liberation Army (PLA) navy.” “The message has gone across to them very unambiguously that you don't mess with us at sea or on land,” he added.
