India, Italy decide to work closely on Migration and Mobility Partnership Agreement

New Delhi, Nov 06 (ANI): Ministry of External Affairs Joint Secretary (Europe West) Sandeep Chakravorty informed about India-Italy bilateral summit, which was held between PM Narendra Modi and his Italian counterpart Giuseppe Conte. He said that both noted sustained progress in the bilateral relationship between the two countries. “Entire gamut of bilateral relationship was discussed along with regional and multilateral issues. The objective of the meeting was to build on a strong political understanding and foundations that the two countries enjoy and build economic and bilateral infrastructure of ties between the two countries. Both sides decided to work closely on concluding at the earliest the migration and mobility partnership agreement.”
