Patna (Bihar), July 09 (ANI): The Director General of Police of Bihar, Gupteshwar Pandey congratulated Madhya Pradesh Police on the arrest of wanted gangster Vikas Dubey. He also asserted that the gangster didn’t surrender, because if this was the case, he would’ve chosen safer places like Delhi and Haryana. ‘I salute and congratulate Madhya Pradesh Police on the arrest of Vikas Dubey. I don’t think he surrendered himself, if he really wanted to do it, he must have chosen a safer place like Delhi and Haryana,’ said Gupteshwar Pandey. ‘There is some police personnel who believed discrimination on the bases of religion and caste and they are also in touch with criminals, strict action should be taken against them like another criminals,” Gupteshwar Pandey added.
