Chandigarh, Jan 10 (ANI): Former Haryana Chief Minister Bhupinder Singh Hooda reacted on police used water cannons and lobbed tear gas at farmers after they ransacked the venue of kisan mahapanchayat' in Karnal district. He said that the state government should protect itself from any conflict as the situation is very sensitive. He also slammed Haryana Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar over the law and order situation in the state. Protesting farmers took control and ransacked the venue of kisan mahapanchayat' programme in Karnal where Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar was to address people.
