New Delhi, Jan 03 (ANI): Director General of ICMR, Dr. Balram Bhargava, called January 03 as a ‘great day for humanity’ as vaccines of Serum Institute of India and Bharat Biotech were granted permission for restricted use in emergency situation. “I think it's a great day for India, it's a great day for humanity at large. Two vaccines have been approved under restricted use & emergency use authorisation &it has been done following discussions by SEC. This is wonderful news for India& all of us,” said Dr. Balram Bhargava.
