Gold smuggling case: NIA takes main accused Sarith for evidence collection

Thiruvananthapuram, Jul 21, (ANI): Following the alleged gold smuggling case that occurred in Thiruvananthapuram recently, the National Investigation Agency ( NIA) team on July 21 took the main accused Sarith to the capital city for evidence collection.The team left for Kochi early morning to bring the main accused to push the investigation to the different angle in this sensational smuggling case. On the other side, the Special NIA court has extended the custody of two other accused Swapna Suresh and Sandeep Nair in the case. The court will consider their bail application on July 24.
