Goa CM Pramod Sawant casts his vote for Zilla Panchayat Elections

Panaji (Goa), Dec 12 (ANI): Goa Chief Minister Pramod Sawant on December 12 cast his vote in Goa Zilla Panchayat Elections. It is the first major elections in the coastal state since the COVID-19 outbreak began in March this year. There are total of 50 zilla panchayat seats in Goa but only 48 will go to polls today. Nearly 8 lakh voters are eligible to cast their votes in the elections.
