New Delhi, Sep 11 (ANI): Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) MP from East Delhi, Gautam Gambhir inaugurated 4 new trommel machines at Ghazipur landfill site in the national capital on September 11. Trommel machines are installed to process garbage at landfill site. While speaking to media, Gambhir said, “I hope people will appreciate this move as their money should go for work and not in some advertisements. This is my 8th visit in past 1.5 year at this place (Ghazipur landfill site).” “Now there are 12 machines. This will dispose of 3,600 Tonnes of waste a day. 2,400 Tonnes is dumped here daily. We hope to cut landfill's height by half in 2-3 years,” BJP MP added.
