Forest dept rescues elephant in West Medinipur

West Medinipur (WB), Feb 26 (ANI): The personnel of forest department rescued an elephant in West Bengal’s West Medinipur district. The elephant entered in residential area on February 25. While speaking to media, a forest official said, “The area was cordoned off to conduct the operation. We tranquillized the elephant. After observation, we will release the elephant in the forest.”
