Festive season witnesses more buyers at sweet shops in Rajkot

Rajkot (Gujarat), Oct 26 (ANI): People were seen buying sweets from shops on the occasion of Dussehra in Gujarat’s Rajkot. The festival was celebrated across India on October 25. Customers flocked at sweet shops in large numbers after over 7 months amid coronavirus pandemic. Sweet shop owner expressed happiness for rising business after a long time. Speaking to ANI, a sweet shop owner, Jagdish Patel said, “It is for the first time since the lockdown was imposed so now many customers have visited our shop. It felt like our business has revived.”
