Farmers express joy over agri bills, say ‘Will get benefit and relief from mediators’

Aligarh (Uttar Pradesh)/ Jabalpur (Madhya Pradesh), Sep 22 (ANI): As the Rajya Sabha passed two of the three agriculture reform bills, farmers in Uttar Pradesh’s Aligarh welcomed the Parliament’s decision. Speaking to ANI, one of the farmers, Anil Sharma said, “Farm bills are in favour and benefit of farmers and those who are protesting against it is just because of the political stunt. We can sell our produce anywhere we want now and will also get relief from mediators.” Another farmer, Chandrabhan Singh said, “We will get benefit with farm bills and will also get relief from mediators.” Farmers at ‘mandi’ in Madhya Pradesh’s Jabalpur expressed happiness over Farm Bills 2020.A farmer said, “The government is helping in making our (farmers) future bright.”
