Singhu Border, Jan 04 (ANI): The central government will hold the 7th round of talks with the farmer unions on January 04, even as their protest against the three new farm laws entered 40th day. Farmers, agitating at multiple Delhi border areas including Singhu border, Ghazipur border, Tikri border among other, have time and again reiterated their demand of repealing what they term as “black laws”. Protesting farmers and government have held six rounds of discussions, but with no concrete solution. During sixth round of talks on December 30, consensus was reached on stubble burning and safeguarding power subsidies. Farmers are adamant on their demand to rollback the three laws and a legal guarantee for MSP.
