Muktsar Sahib (Punjab), Sep 28 (ANI): Shiromani Akali Dal (SAD) leader and ex-union minister Harsimrat Kaur Badal offered prayers at Gurudwara Tuti Gandi Sahib in Sri Muktsar Sahib on September 28. She later addressed the party meeting with the workers in the state. Addressing the mediapersons, Badal said that she didn’t gain anything from her resignation. “I didn't gain anything from my resignation, I've only lost. But it brought farmers' issues to the centre stage. Parliament session had to be cut short by a week due to nationwide protests against farm bills,” said Badal. The party recently quit NDA over farm bills days after Harsimrat Badal tender her resignation from the cabinet post.
