Family has not demanded for CBI investigation yet: Sushant Singh Rajput’s Father Lawyer

New Delhi, July 29 (ANI): Lawyer of Sushant Singh Rajput’s father, Vikas Singh confirmed that the family has not demanded for CBI investigation yet. Speaking to ANI, lawyer of Sushant Singh Rajput's father, Vikas Singh said, “The FIR has been registered after more than a month as family was in the state of shock earlier. Mumbai Police was not registering FIR, but forcing the family to give names of big production houses. The case was heading towards a different direction. Earlier, Patna Police was a little hesitant but Chief Minister Nitish Kumar and Minister Sanjay Jha explained the matter to them and then, the FIR was registered. We want the matter to be investigated by Patna Police only. The family has not demanded for CBI investigation yet.” Sushant Singh Rajput’s father filed an FIR against Rhea Chakraborty for abetment of suicide. The actor died by suicide on June 14.
