New Delhi, Jan 05 (ANI): While addressing a joint press conference in the national capital on January 05, Secretary DHR and Director General of Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR), Professor Balram Bhargava said, “Drug Controller has requested manufacturers to provide SOPs and protocol for a clinical trial mode which means everyone will give their consent for the vaccine.” “There will be no placebo. There will be closer follow up,” ICMR DG added.
