New Delhi, Sep 15 (ANI): While speaking to ANI in the national capital on September 15, Rajya Sabha MP of Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD), Manoj Jha spoke on election of Deputy Chairman in Rajya Sabha. He said, “We wanted that voice of opposition should be heard because there is a breakage in the conversation which should be maintained.” “Opposition is not the enemy of ruling party. It was the election between two establishments and not two human beings,” Manoj Jha added.
