Dr Harsh Vardhan inaugurates OPD building dedicated to elderly at AIIMS Delhi

New Delhi, July 16 (ANI): Union Minister for Health and Family Welfare, Dr Harsh Vardhan inaugurated Rajkumari Amrit Kaur OPD building at All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) Delhi premises on July 16. The building is dedicated to OPD services and physiotherapy of elderly people. Union Minister of State (MoS) for Health and Family Welfare Ashwini Kumar Choubey was also present during the inaugural function. While addressing the media, Dr Harsh Vardhan said, "Despite being such a largely populated nation, we can perhaps claim to have performed better than any other country." "Today, our fatality rate is 2.57 percent and recovery rate is 63.25 percent," he added.
