New Delhi, Sept 23 (ANI): Former chief minister of Haryana, Bhupinder Singh Hooda spoke to ANI on farm bills. He said, “We didn’t ask to end Mandi Act but to rationalise. Overall hope was that the flaws will be rationalised so that farmers also enter open markets.”
