Dense fog envelopes Delhi, visibility affected

New Delhi, Jan 17 (ANI): Dense fog shrouded parts of national capital in the wee hours. Fog led to poor visibility in Delhi, which is in the grip of a cold wave. According to IMD, The minimum temperature was recorded at 8.8 degree Celsius. IMD has predicted dense to very dense fog in the morning in parts of Delhi.
