Dense fog engulfs Delhi, temp dips to 5°C

New Delhi, Jan 31 (ANI): A thick blanket of fog continued to engulf isolated areas of the national capital leading to poor visibility in several areas in the morning of January 31. Normal lives hit out of gear due to intense cold waves. Parts of the northern India are reeling under severe cold, making the daily lives difficult for citizens. Minimum temperature in Delhi was recorded around 5°C today.
