Delhi Riots: ‘LG is misusing his power’, alleges Deputy CM Manish Sisodia

New Delhi, July 31 (ANI): Deputy Chief Minister of Delhi, Manish Sisodia alleged that Lieutenant Governor Anil Baijal is misusing his power in Delhi riots case. “Lieutenant Governor Anil Baijal has the constitutional power but it should be used in rare of the rarest case. Lieutenant Governor Anil Baijal wants that centre’s lawyer should present Delhi Police in court. We think that investigation and prosecution is two different things. Our constitution says prosecution should be independent. Lieutenant Governor is misusing his power.”
