New Delhi, February 27(ANI): While recently speaking to the media, Delhi Police Commissioner SN Shrivastava highlighted the efforts being made by his team to efficiently handle crime and complaints during the pandemic. "As soon as the pandemic broke out in March last year, we came up with a scheme under which a complainant could contact any senior police official, including me, through a video call. This also ensured that social distancing norms were followed. I would regularly talk to complainants. And now, we have come up with another scheme ‘Integrated Complaint Management System’ under which anyone can get his complaint filed online. We upload it in the same system so that every complaint comes into the system and is redressed. We aim to improve this scheme further in coming times," Shrivastava explained.
