Delhi Police investigating death of man, who was thrashed by mob in Pandav Nagar

New Delhi, June 11 (ANI): A man was thrashed by mob on allegations of theft and later died in Pandav Nagar. Speaking on it, Delhi Police PRO, MS Randhawa said, “Police found him lying in a nullah after being thrashed. He was taken to hospital and later discharged. But his condition worsened. He was declared brought dead when taken to hospital again. On the basis of evidence, FIR was registered under IPC Section 304 (Punishment for culpable homicide not amounting to murder) and the main accused has been apprehended, others will be apprehended too. Investigation is going on.”
