Delhi Police crackdown drug peddling racket

New Delhi, 07 December (ANI): With the arrest of two accused Crime Branch Of Delhi Police busted a gang of drug peddlers. The accused identified as Dinesh Kumar and Sachin. The Crime Branch tasked by the senior officers to take preventive steps to break the chain of supply of Marijuana and to bust the cartel involved in supplying Marijuana in Delhi & NCR. Working on it, an interstate gang involved in supplying of “Marijuana” from Odisha and Andhra pradesh to Delhi & NCR. On this information received that two members of this cartel would come to bypass Ring road under Geeta Colony flyover road to supply Marijuana. On this information, a team of Crime Branch laid a trap near bypass, Ring Road, under the flyover road and successfully apprehended the accused. During the search of the vehicle, total 4 plastic bags containing total 84 kg of “Marijuana” was recovered.
