New Delhi, Jan 10 (ANI): Homeless in national capital took night shelters to cope with chilly weather. Delhi govt’s rescue team is also on round to help other needy. All necessary facilities are being provided to house them at a shelter home in Kashmiri Gate. Winter rains and the ongoing cold weather became an ordeal for the city’s homeless to survive. “Delhi has been divided into clusters, when we find a homeless, we try and convince them to shift to shelter,” said a rescue team member.
