Muzaffarpur (Bihar), Oct 26 (ANI): Ahead of Bihar Assembly polls, Chief Minister Nitish Kumar addressed a public rally at Sakra Vidhan constituency in Muzzafarpur on October 26. In the rally, the CM said, "Crime has reduced in Bihar as state is now at number 23 in ranking, according to govt data. We're interested only in work, not in our self-promotion." The Bihar Assembly polls will be held in three phases on October 28, November 3 and November 7 and the counting of votes will take place on November 10.
