UP COVID update: 817 cases in last 24 hours, nearly 70% patients recovered

Lucknow (UP), July 02 (ANI): Briefing about daily update on coronavirus cases in Uttar Pradesh, Principal Secretary (Health) Amit Mohan Prasad informed that in last 24 hours, 817 fresh cases were reported in the state, taking total active infections to 6,869. “In the last 24 hours, 817 new COVID-19 positive cases have been reported in the state. There are 6869 active cases, 17,221 discharges so far and 735 patients have succumbed to the infection,” said Amit Mohan Prasad.
