Patna (Bihar), July 10 (ANI): Strict surveillance is underway on the first day of week-long lockdown in Patna. Lockdown from July 10- 16 was announced in view of surging cases. Only essential shops have been permitted to remain open with fixed timings. Coronavirus cases in the state of Bihar have reached 13,944.
