New Delhi, Aug 23 (ANI): India continued to report surge in coronavirus cases on August 23 with 69,239 fresh cases and 912 deaths in last 24 hours. With this COVID-19 case tally crosses 30 lakh mark in India. India is 3rd country to surpass 30 lakh cases after US and Brazil. Health Minister Harsh Vardhan has said that India will develop vaccine by end of this year.
