COVID-19: Train movement remains suspended on Kalka-Shimla Heritage line

Shimla (HP), Aug 30 (ANI): The movement of trains remains suspended on Kalka-Shimla Heritage line in wake of COVID-19 pandemic. State Government and Disaster Management Authorities are in continuous touch with the Center for movement of trains. The technical teams of the railways are busy maintaining the line and ready for the train movement. Himachal Pradesh Tourism Department Director, Yunus said, "State government and Disaster Mgmt Authorities are in continuous touch with the Centre for movement of trains up to Panchkula and Kalka and other railway stations like Una and Pathankot. Heritage train to start once we get nod of Railways Ministry."
