New Delhi, Nov 18 (ANI): Despite surge in COVID-19 cases in ‘third wave’ in national capital, people continue to flock to markets. Guidelines are being hardly followed at the markets. Social distancing is almost impossible in jam packed shopping hubs. CM Arvind Kejriwal had earlier said that markets were guidelines are being flouted, could be closed with consent of Centre. There are over 42000 active cases of coronavirus in the city.
