Madurai (Tamil Nadu), Dec 19 (ANI): Thirumalai Nayak Palace has been reopened for visitors after nine months. The palace situated in Tamil Nadu’s Madurai is one of its kinds. Built in 1636, the palace is famous for ‘Stuccowork’ on its domes and impressive arches. The palace attracts tourists in large number because of its architectural style. The palace was closed since the nationwide lockdown was imposed across the country in March.
