Srinagar, Nov 15 (ANI): Following a meeting at NC chief Farooq Abdullah’s residence on upcoming District Development Council polls, J&K Congress chief GA Mir informed that the party will contest the civil elections with PAGD (People’s Alliance for Gupkar Declaration) which consists of PDP, NC and other regional parties. “Alliance of J&K National Conference, Congress, PDP & others will contest District Development Council (DDC) poll. We'll try to defeat those who've been forcefully implementing Acts & laws in UT & policies which doesn’t seem to be in favour of people here,” said GA Mir.
