Bengaluru, Dec 15 (ANI): Ruckus erupted in Karnataka Assembly on December 15 over Chairman post. Congress Members of Legislative Council in Karnataka Assembly forcefully removed SL Dharme Gowda from the chair. Speaking on the incident, BJP MLC Lehar Singh Siroya said, “Few MLCs behaved like goons by forcibly removed Vice-Chairman of Legislative council from the chair and misbehaving with him. We've never seen such a shameful day in our council's history. I am feeling ashamed about what public might be thinking about us.” Meanwhile, Congress MLC Prakash Rathod said, “BJP and JDS made the Deputy Chairman sit in the Chair illegally when House was not in order. It’s Unfortunate that BJP is doing such unconstitutional things. Congress asked him to get down from the Chair. We had to evict him as it was an illegal sitting.”
