Congress had partial engagement with Gupkar alliance for J&K local polls: Salman Khurshid

New Delhi, Nov 17 (ANI): Senior Congress leader Salman Khurshid on November 17 said that there was partial engagement with Gupkar alliance to join hands in local elections. His statement comes after the grand old party cleared that it is not a part of People's Alliance for Gupkar Alliance. "My party has taken a formal position. The issue was whether we should join hands in local polls. Therefore, there was partial engagement with them. There has been serious discussion of ideological implications of that declaration," said Khurshid on Gupkar alliance.
