Visakhapatnam (Andhra Pradesh), Oct 22 (ANI): Indian Army Chief General Manoj Mukund Naravane addressed a gathering after commissioning of anti-submarine warfare (ASW) ship INS Kavaratti into the Indian Navy at the Naval Dockyard in Visakhapatnam.“The commissioning of INS Kavaratti marks yet another significant step in securing our country's maritime goals. I congratulate and extend my best wishes to the Team Kavaratti,” said General Naravane.
