Bhubaneswar (Odisha)/Ludhiana (Punjab), Jan 23 (ANI): People of Bhubaneswar woke up to a chilly morning as the cold waves continued to blow across the city. Thick layer of fog reduced the visibility to almost negligible in the city. Though early-risers had the opportunity to see the thick pall of mist, dense fog also made plight for hundreds of commuters. Similar conditions prevailed in Ludhiana too. Cold weather continued to intensify in the city
